I love the products. They are better than other refills as they do not ship unnecessary water around and you dilute them at home. The returning of the pouches works really well and the actual products are great. They are also great value for money compared to similar products. I use the shower gel - all 3 varieties, the washing up liquid and the mint & green tea hand wash. Currently they are all out of stock and have been for months. How long will it take for these issues to be resolved? I'm losing patience.
