I've been a Splosh customer for years but recently it has gone extremely downhill. My last order was over a year ago and everything why fine up until then. I placed an order recently and was extremely restricted by how many products were out of stock. I ordered some XL refill concentrate but what I received was far less quantity in a ready to use liquid. Totally not what I ordered. I read a previous review that had said Splosh had been bought out in 2024 and that the new owners have driven it into the ground and replacing products with cheap off the shelf products. This is not the Splosh I want. Splosh have not responded back to my messages for the wrong item so will be contacting my credit card company and getting them to make a charge back. Please avoid using Splosh to avoid disappointment.
