Received my first order last week an was disappointed that products had leaked. However, after a quick email to explain I was sent 2 refills to replace.....brilliant customer service!!!! Loving the fragrance of the laundry products, it perfumes the whole room and that's only using the conditioner so far!! Love all the environmentally friendly packaging too😊
