This is one of the best companies I've had the fortune to come across. The customer service dept speaks as if they know you personally, which I think is great, makes me feel valued. Out of their products, I use (and am very happy with) the floor cleaner, fabric softener (smells divine and actually makes clothes feel soft, unlike most other brands!), the handwash, washing up liquid, bathroom cleaner, and kitchen cleaner. Love the concentrated refills, very easy, fast free postage, return pouches for free, what's not to love?
