Somewhat mixed experience. I am erring on the side of good rather than acceptable as I want the concept to work. However, I haven't found all the products to work as well as standard. I've reconstituted washing up liquid, handwash and shower gel in smaller volumes as I've found they are too watery. And there's no doubt the products are more expensive, which will be difficult for many to justify. But please keep on doing what you're doing Splosh - this is the trajectory we need.
