I love the fact that, quite apart from the minimal packaging and re-use potential of the Splosh bottles, there appears to be relatively little reliance on parcel delivery services - the refills can be posted through your letter box. As I've recently realised, parcel delivery services can come with a host of other 'ethical' issues, so this is a real double win for Splosh. The products that I've tried myself all work well, so laundry liquid, kitchen and bathroom cleaner - I've yet to try others. Staff really super helpful, no automatic messages, sanity all round.
