Easy straightforward ordering and delivery process. The website and app are very user friendly. The initial order with the bottles is done by DPD, who tried to deliver when I was not in, but I was able to ask them to deliver to a nearby shop so I could collect at my convenience. The refills fit through the letter box. Every part of the package is recyclable - I love the compostable packaging chips! I can’t get wait to get started using the products and ordering refills.
