Not only are they lovely to talk to, but their products live up to the hype. The bottles are sturdy and well designed and the refills actually do fit through the letterbox.
I also love the subscription function, and the discount! Never run out of dishwasher tablets, washing powder (which does not trigger any of my skin irritations that cause eczema flare ups) is brilliant.
Hand soap is also fabulous - it lasts much longer than our old brand and smells nicer, less chemicaly.
