Recommended by a friend. Ordered all my bottles which arrived quickly :-) Love the smell of everything I ordered and they do the job perfectly. Was a bit worried about the refills, in as much as, will the product be too thin when watered down or would it mix properly, but having ordered my first set of refills, I am delighted with them. Cost wise - yes, a little more expensive than regular shop brought products, BUT YOU ARE HELPING THE PLANET, AND THAT IS MOST CERTAINLY WORTH THE EXTRA PENNIES.
