Satisfied with all of the products i have had so far - laundry cleaner,conditioner, hand wash and toilet cleaner. Refills arrive promptly and are easy to use. Feel happy knowing I'm doing a tiny bit to help. Feel smug when I see my bottlometer and think how much packaging i have saved as I also return the empty refills for recycling.
