love the refill system, have used a few different products - dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, kitchen spray, hand wash, washing up liquid. I would say that the refills tend to be thinner than the solution you are provided with if you buy their bottles, however I have not found any issues with the products and have recommended them to many friends and family!
