I am a regular customer, I buy the cleaning products & recently bought the shower gels. Recently there has been a slight issue with the washing up liquid with the gel getting stuck at the bottom, it might be due to the cold weather & the washing up liquid being on the windowsill. As I didn’t have the issue in summer. I love the products, they clean well, smell great & I’m reducing my use of plastic
