Excellent conservation concept. Initially it seems expensive, but you get very large quantities.
I haven't yet sent back the empty refill pouches, but everything else about this system has worked very well. I particularly like the laundry liquid, which gets the laundry very clean, and the fabric conditioner, which smells lovely.
