Absolutely delighted with this company and process for replenishing household products. It takes a little bit of adapting (we've had one accidentally recycled bottle and one refilled with the entire concentrated refill sachet) but it's great to be able to bulk buy in a way that doesn't take up extra space in the house (refills are about the size of a DVD case) and to cut down on single use plastics.
