What a brilliant and simple concept: reuse the bottles and use your own water to add to the concentrated refills! Clever! Well done, Splosh! The products are great too, doing what they should do with pleasant fragrances. Everything is reused or recycled too. Finally, customer service and delivery is spot on too. Almost makes me like housework!!
