Spoil me came up in my google search of Auckland 7-day delivery. I paid for same day delivery to be sure this occurred. There was an asterisk saying 'subject to terms and conditions' but I could find no terms and conditions saying that weekends were not included. When no parcel was received after two days, I asked for a refund. I then received a phone msg saying that the parcel had been sent. Finally, my email was checked and I then received a msg saying that I would be refunded and that the parcel had been recalled! Unbelievably bad service - inaccurate advertising and horrible disappointment. This was for a patient in hospital. If I had known spoilme couldn't deliver, I would have organised my own parcel from Dunedin. Gutted.
