A brilliant company who definately understand how to treat customers and how to make their experience memorable. I have nothing but praise for the team at Spoil me who kept me posted every step of the way in the process of sending a gift box to a much loved family member and, got it there on time despite not being able to guarantee this due to pressure on courier services. The family member loved the gift and it made what would otherwise have been a hard day for her, very special. Thank you so much!!
