I purchased a gift for my daughters birthday which was on the 27th December. I picked the gift and it wasn't until I had paid for it that I got notification that it wouldn't be delivered until 16th January because of the holidays! If I had known this before I had paid for it I wouldn't have purchased and would've found another company to purchase from.
