My brother lives in Auckland. I live in Brisbane. I bought a hamper for his birthday for the following day. I received regular emails of when the order was received, when it was packed, dispatched and given a tracking number to follow. When it was delivered, I was provided a screen shot of my brothers signature. This is fantastic service and very impressed. The whole process was simple and efficient.
