Excellent experience! I received the product very quickly, but my suggestion is that the packaging protects the product better. I bought a racket, it came inside the cover and, in turn, inside a box, but it could have had bubble wrap or paper to protect the racket inside the box, in case of impacts. In any case, the product arrived in perfect condition!
