Authorised payment for one steam mop and ordered one. Sports Direct delivered two and charged my credit card for two. Now i am trying to contact them. Only 2 methods of contact. Webchat and Email.

Just simply nothing
And i trusted Sports Direct as a big reputable business and purchased from them, whereas other businesses are selling same product maybe cheaper.
