If a customer asks you for a size when they are standing next to the ones on display, most people would assume quite rightly that a) the size isn’t on the shelves and b) the sports direct staff would check if its in the warehouse. Not what happened yesterday. Barely any customers so that wasn’t why the woman could’nt be bothered, she just said ‘there’s different sizes on the display’. I stated loudly to my son that if they didn’t want to check, they obviously didn’t want a sale, the woman just ignored me as if I hadn’t spoke. We were all speaking English and wearing masks, so I don’t know what her problem was, wasn’t the first time that staff at that store had been very offhand and less than useful. I won’t go back for a third try!
