Would it not be a good idea to inform your staff that when puting a bet on at happy Valley Hong Kong it takes a hour or more to be paid, also showing for example a horse going off at say5/2 your getting hit with tote which is less, a feel that's a bit of a con and bad management in your part.. Not a happy chappie
