Ordered a sena 10s dual pack. 1st unit received the mic on base 2 did not work. Returned the product which was replaced with a 2nd unit which the right speaker in base 1 was not working. Decided to cut my losses and order an interphone active which was spot on. However 7 days later I'm still waiting for the £285 refund. No communication or reply to any emails
