This lot broke into my hired locker for no valid reason, apparently binned the contents, kept no record of doing so, have admitted to all of this, and had the audacity to offer me a £25 SD voucher for losses that they know total over £200 (trainers, shorts, top, socks, towel, flip flops and rucksack). My complaint was made a month ago - the Gym Manager (I won't make it personal by naming her) keeps promising updates, only for me to have to chase her, and blaming Regional Managers for the delays. All-in-all, the Complaints Handling has been an utter disgrace, particularly following such a clear breach of trust. Steer well clear, certainly of the Hove branch!
