I took out a loan with Spotloan and I couldn't afford the high interest rates due to my fixed income (disability) and I fell behind on payments so they sent it to a collection agency. I called both Spotloan and thier collection agency company and tried to pay off my debt, but they we're unwilling to email me a billing statement for the amount owed nor would they email me with the receipt that says my debt is paid in full. So, I am not willing to pay off my debt until until they provide me with those 2 documents. Beware of this company for they do not have ethical paperwork inquiries.
