Great product and good value for money. We did have some difficulties with delivery, with our parcel being “lost” for a few days by the Post Office. Indy from Spotty Otter was really helpful in sorting this out. So why 3 stars? So disappointed with the packaging. The coat came in a plastic bag within another plastic bag. Surely the inner bag could have been paper based. This is particularly disappointing given Spotty Otters partnership with National Parks and the Otter Trust.
