had a really bad experience with Spring Rates. I bought some BR Racing shocks and had them installed professionally, but they were broken. When I contacted Spring Rates for help, they told me to reach out to the manufacturer instead. I had to wait almost two weeks to get replacements from the manufacturer and submit all sorts of paperwork, which was incredibly frustrating.
Now I have to pay again to remove the broken struts. I won't be buying from them again. If you care about your time and money, I recommend looking elsewhere.
