I ordered the recorder phone charger a debugger and two sets of the recorder ear buds . one pair of ear buds and the debugger were like a week late on delivery. by the time they got here I no longer needed the items . All i did was open the shipping bag not either of the actual product containers and they refuse to refund my money on the two items . I will never do business with Spyguy again and will bad mouth them the rest of my days .
