Sussex Alarms were a great company taken over by Spy. An expensive contract you can’t get out of for 3 years. But still pay for a call out what’s the point? Very expensive bill every visit. Dreadful customer service. I changed to a different alarm company (with great customer service and reasonable bills) forced to carry on paying Spy’s contract but at least I didn’t have to deal with this company. Go local avoid!
