My intruder alarm provider was acquired by Spy Alarms. My agreement with the original provider came with agreed terms and conditions. Despite agreeing, in writing, to adhere to the said T&C, when called upon Spy Alarms revoked completely, stating that the T&C were no longer appropriate. I had not agreed to this...yet I have written confirmation from Spy stating that they would honour the agreement in situ. In other words they are trying to change T&C without advising their client base.
Dreadful company, use them at your peril.
