The 80%-20% rule also applies to broker companies, obviously. Meaning that I know Squared has tons of clients. It’s understandable, they are truly professional. However, it seems that their support representatives find it somewhat difficult to keep up with the calls in busy times. I think they need to hire some more people for this department.
