My jacket arrived but unfortunately didn't fit.
What impresses me most is that nothing is too much trouble for Sam and the Prem team.
I emailed Sam and arranged my item return quickly with no fuss. I will continue to shop and recommend Prem to my family and friends as Prem are fast, reliable and extremely helpful.
Their customer service is second to none and is as high quality as the merchandise they sell. Overall Excellent service.
