Clear and easy to use website with a good range of products. I easily found the item I wanted (a replacement ink pad for an existing self-inking stamp), bought it and it was delivered quickly and easily. What more do I want . . .
Well, I have one problem. I only needed a small item and the postage charged vastly exceeded the price of the part. I always resent this, though I didn't have much option and, to be fair, I doubt that I could have done any better elsewhere.
I suppose the bottom line is that I shall use them again when I need these products!
