* Your contact with customers that have orders pending could be better. Since my order on 04 Nov, I have received no updates on the shipping delay, nor predictions of when I might expect resolution. Since it is a pre-paid order I would expect better service, care and concern as a first-time customer. I have since registered to try and find out more information on the status of my order .... but it is not connected to pre-orders I guess. 3
* I can provide feedback on delivery services, packaging, etc after I have received my order.
