Delivery very prompt but website not very clear about font size or that customer can request proof before placing order. Did not expect to call about free gift not being included in our delivery and then when offering constructive comment about the above, be drawn into an argument with the person I spoke to. Will not use again as a result of this. I ended the call feeling like a scalded child and at 67 that is unacceptable.
