Fantastic above-and-beyond service from Janet at Stamps Direct. I ordered an ink stamp and mentioned our application on the order. Without prompting Janet phoned to let me know a different ink would be better, explained why, intercepted my existing order and organised the change. It works perfectly (much better than my original choice would have) and I'm delighted.
