I found the ordering very difficult on line. Not able to send the image onto the web site from my iPad. But your very helpful staff solved the problem. Thanks to them I got what I wanted in the end. A great help. I did receive a rather odd follow up e.mail stating that my account still had an outstanding order, but the staff sorted that out too. So lucky to have real people working not just machines! Long may that last!
