We have used Stamps Direct before and recently ordered an updated one. The ordering process was quick and easy, with despatch very fast. Unfortunately there was an error on the ink pad. I contacted them and they came back to me immediately with an offer to address this and then issued replacement parts the same day. Excellent service!
