I ordered an embossing stamp. I initially had an issue with the consistency of the emboss. A quick online chat and Stamps Direct were both hugely helpful and very kindly made a tweak to my design layout and with no quibble sent out a replacement insert. I wish all companies were like this. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am so happy with my press. Thanks guys
