I needed a stamp that required numbers as well as letters. I chatted with Colin on the webchat, and he told me to get a number stamp, and they would adapt it to replace some of the numbers with letters. I placed the order, and within minutes, Colin had emailed to say that he had seen my order come through, and within an hour, the stamp was dispatched. I received the stamp yesterday, and it was exactly what I wanted. Brilliant Customer Service! Thank you
