The two loyalty stamps we had at our cafe needed new ink pads and they were purchased by an ex employee. Luckily on one of the stamps there was has “Stamps Direct” on so I contacted the company. Via the online chat, I found out which two ink pads I needed by showing them photos. The order arrived very promptly. When I contacted for some help with changing the ink pads, the reply was almost instant. I am very impressed with the service overall.
