The particular stamp I was looking for was difficult to source but to Stamps Direct it was no problem and I ordered immediately via Royal Mail 48 hour service on Tuesday 22nd October. The use of Royal Mail is why I have had to mark down the review. The item arrived 29 miles from me at 06.00 on Thursday. I thought that as it was their mistake Royal Mail would arrange a special delivery during the day. Following their normal lack of customer service the item eventually arrived at 12.46 on Saturday. Which has caused problems in our organisation. Stamps Direct should ask for compensation.
