Great service and turnaround from enquiry to delivery. I used live chat, telephone and email communication during the process. The embosser is a solid, sturdy desk model that I use to add my seal to official paperwork. I would have liked more detail and a higher definition in the finished seal, though I understand I need to supply better artwork to achieve this which I will do going forward as I'm informed the die can be easily replaced at a later date.
