I asked for the signature to be 4cm x 1cm ( my excisting old stamp) It came 3cm x 1cm. So not the size requested. It looks ok and fits in the 'box' I have to stamp. Might have been a technical reason for smaller signature but it would have been nice to be asked if OK.
