This was an online order but I felt like a local in-person customer - Colin gave really helpful advice via online chat, so that I ultimately chose the right size of stamp for the detail I needed, and he even volunteered some alternatives, one of which I ended up going with. They also managed to accommodate a last-minute change even after I'd agreed the proof. The stamped design is nice and clear. Fantastic company I can't recommend highly enough.
