Shortly after ordering a new AirMail stamp from Stamps Direct, I had an email saying they didn't have the red one I wanted. Instead of a refund, they offered me a customisable stamp, with the same AirMail lettering, all for the same price - and got it to me by 9am the next morning. Excellent customer service!
