Nightmare. Miserable staff. Ordered vegan meatball wrap. Stood waiting a very long time although not busy. I was asked by 2 different staff members what I was waiting for, still another 10 mins before I got it, by then I'd nearly finished my drink anyway. Finally got. Far too hot to the point of it being a soggy mess. Couldn't pick it up so asked for a knife and fork. I was told I had to buy it. This wasn't a cheap set either, it was a bamboo set! 😮 Wow. Just shocking .
