The rollercoaster ride I had when they suddenly canceled my policy out of the blue. It took those blokes a solid three days to get their act together and sort things out. Things took a positive turn when a manager personally reached out to me. Their professionalism was crystal clear as they took charge, owned up to their mistakes, and swiftly resolved the whole mess. Now, in my latest experience, I decided to give their WhatsApp service a shot, gotta say I was pleasantly stoked by the level of service I received. I'm adding few more screenshots for other reviews which I found very helpful for me getting into the right decision :)
