Unfortunately for me, I drank 4 grams of this stuff via my morning coffee and, within one hour, I became so sick to my stomach that I puked my guts out till I had nothing left but the dry heaves. Altogether a very bad experience. Just to be sure I didn't overdose myself, I waited two days and tried it again, only this time the dose was 3 grams; same violent results within an hour.
